Born and raised in the Capital Region, Tim Crawford has built a wealth of experience across all aspects of building services - from construction and real estate, to HVAC, maintenance and even insurance. He’s been developing his own organization for more than 15 years, and over the past 6 has turned Diamond Facility Services into the area’s leading building services provider. A graduate of SCCC, he is a member of the Better Business Bureau, IWCA, IWCAI, BSCAI,CCII as well as a variety of other professional organizations. Tim is dedicated to maintaining Diamond’s reputation for quality, as well as their position of leadership in the industry.


Thomas J. Marino - Director of Sales and Marketing


Tom Marino has spent the better part of the last 25 years getting to know the needs of clients. Since graduating from Siena College with a BS in Marketing & Management in 1982, he has worked as an insurance underwriter, a marketing rep, a general manager, and a director of sales - all roles that suited him well in his progression toward his current position with Diamond Facility Services. Tom has overseen every facet of environmental maintenance, from overall quality and operations, to inspections and corporate contracts. His commitment to quality is legendary - exceeded only by his desire to make his clients smile.
